Job Description

They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead their efforts in the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the steel industry, specifically in managing distributors. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth, foster strategic partnerships, and play a key role in shaping the future of procurement for manufacturers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the steel industry segment.Identify and target key distributors, forging strong relationships to expand their market presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with product development, marketing, and customer service initiatives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the steel industry.Strong understanding of distribution channels and experience managing distributor relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth.Tech-savvy individual comfortable leveraging advanced tools and platforms to optimise sales processes.
